Justice Constant, born in 1999 and is the mother to 7 children who come from a long line of generations who have faced intergenerational trauma for 100's of years, I am an Inninew warrior from York Factory First Nation who grew up on the reservation and in Thomspon Manitoba. When I was 18 we had to move away from our hometown due to the violence rising drastically. Me and my family moved down to southern Manitoba to maybe give us kids a fresh start but sadly our past followed us here. I have been through 3 highly abusive relationships in the past, so I use that trauma and the trauma from my family line and turn it in to something beautiful.

Eugen Dik, born in Russia in 1996, grew up in Germany, currently residing in Brandon Manitoba Canada. Has a degree in IT and Network Administration, experienced in website development and design, growing passion in classical music and art. After every move, it was hard to transistion from different schools, new homes and all new people. All of that was hard during my childhood i have had a pretty normal childhood compared to my partner but it was very lonely. Meeting each other has brought out the best in both of us.

#canvasartmb started as a small idea and has rapidly grown into developing art brand with custom world wide orders, and a helpful supportive fanbase. Art is a great passion of ours, and now brings us closer with every painting. We hope to inspire others to join us on our journey, and join the #fakeartmovement
